Work Environment

You will be working onsite in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic clinic setting, surrounded by a team of experienced professionals. Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess movement dysfunction and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at restoration and improvement of function.
• Implement hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to facilitate healing and recovery.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and encourage patient motivation.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, exercise techniques, and wellness strategies to promote long-term health and reduce recurrence of injuries.
• Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes clearly and accurately in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and consulting physicians to optimize patient care and address any interdisciplinary needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In our orthopedic clinic, you will primarily work with adults recovering from various musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic conditions. You will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients, guiding them through their recovery journey while fostering an environment of trust and support.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada or the eligibility to obtain one before starting the role.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 95,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
