Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities, mobility, and rehabilitation requirements.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices, incorporating techniques such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Administer therapy programs focusing on functional restoration, pain relief, and achieving measurable rehabilitation goals.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment processes, recovery strategies, and injury prevention techniques, fostering a proactive approach to health.
• Maintain meticulous records using Raintree software, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and facilitating seamless communication among the healthcare team.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes, ensuring that each individual receives the best possible care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on outpatient orthopedic patients, including individuals recovering from surgical interventions, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits
