Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, focusing on home care, where our Physical Therapists travel to patients' residences to provide hands-on treatment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients' physical abilities, impairments, and functional limitations to create a comprehensive understanding of their rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and pain management techniques.
• Utilize advanced techniques, such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound therapy, to facilitate recovery and restore functionality.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation procedures, empowering them with knowledge about body mechanics, posture correction, and home exercise programs to continue progress independently.
• Monitor progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on patient feedback and clinical observations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to ensure unified and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment methods, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
