Work Environment

This position is based in our outpatient office, where teamwork and collaboration are key components of our practice. Our workspace is designed to create a calming and supportive atmosphere for patients, featuring modern rehabilitation equipment, private treatment rooms, and dedicated areas for group therapy sessions. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a stable routine to both our staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and functional abilities, ensuring tailored and effective treatment strategies.
• Create individualized treatment plans that prioritize each patient's unique health goals, incorporating evidence-based techniques and modalities.
• Administer hands-on therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy and functional exercises designed to enhance mobility and alleviate pain.
• Instruct patients on therapeutic activities and necessary exercises, educating them on maintaining proper body mechanics and preventing further injuries.
• Regularly monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to patient rehabilitation.
• Keep precise and complete patient records detailing the treatment provided and results achieved to inform future care strategies.

As a Physical Therapist at Dynamic Wellness Rehabilitation, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from injuries, surgical procedures, and chronic conditions such as arthritis. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
