Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Wellness Wisdom Therapy Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients’ needs and create personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while adapting methodologies to suit the diverse needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documents in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring each client’s privacy is respected.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to provide comprehensive care tailored to each individual.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews to share insights and enhance the standard of care offered.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, fostering informed decisions about their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
