Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the symptoms and severity of mood disorders, tailoring the evaluation process to each individual's unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), demonstrating flexibility in adapting techniques as needed based on client responses.

Your work will primarily focus on clients experiencing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
