Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain a deep understanding of each patient’s unique experiences and circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention, offering immediate support and resources during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, fostering empowerment and enhancing their understanding of mental health.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all documentation follows HIPAA guidelines.

• Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings, contributing your insights and fostering an environment of shared learning and cultural competence training.

• Continuously update your professional knowledge by staying informed about new research, best practice methodologies, and cultural contexts relevant to mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
