Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, focusing on their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and personal goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective interventions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, fostering empowerment and understanding.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans proactively in response to their evolving needs.

• Coordinate and collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care that addresses all aspects of clients’ health.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
