Overview The Sales Executive, Client Mid-Market calls on and sells Paycor's products and services to existing mid and major market clients within a directly assigned territory. They are responsible for executing the entire sales process including lead generation, needs assessment, technical product demonstration, pricing, and deal submission. They are responsible for self-generating leads through prospecting, telemarketing, sales database management, and other lead sourcing activities. They are also responsible for following up on leads generated by Marketing initiatives and Client Services activities. The Sales Executive, Client Mid-Market is a self-starter who is responsible for achieving assigned monthly and annual sales quotas. Qualifications - Required Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $65,000 - $130,000. This range includes base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
