Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gain a deep understanding of each client’s unique challenges, strengths, and mental health history. This involves using standardized assessment tools and techniques to establish baseline measurements for treatment.

• Develop and critique personalized treatment plans that strategically align therapeutic modalities with the client’s stated goals and needs. You will regularly update these plans based on client progress, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapeutic sessions tailored for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, ensuring that each session meets the therapeutic goals of the clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of data protection and compliance.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with trends, legal standards, and advancements in mental health treatment. This includes attending workshops, webinars, and team training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various age groups, backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses. You will work with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, familial issues, and relationship dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is required for this position.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.

• Demonstrable experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, with a solid grounding in various therapeutic techniques.

• Strong clinical skills backed by a thorough understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Excellent communication skills paired with a high degree of emotional intelligence, enabling effective engagement with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 52,000 – 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
