Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active and current LMFT license issued by the state of California.

• Minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Previous experience working with couples, children, teens, and families is essential, alongside a strong understanding of diverse client backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with specialized training or experience in treating clients with addiction issues, trauma recovery, or who have expertise in utilizing behavioral therapies. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methods is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
