Work Environment\n

As a remote position supporting our outpatient office, you will enjoy the flexibility to manage your workspace while remaining connected to a cohesive team. While your primary work hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some schedule flexibility may be required to accommodate varying patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients and develop tailored treatment plans that meet their unique needs.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy to individual, couple, or family sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups focused on common mental health issues, fostering community engagement and support among participants.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and integrated care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support in mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and stability.

• Educate patients about their mental health challenges and treatment options, while also connecting them with community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in adherence to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, interdisciplinary meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is mandatory.

• Current and valid licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia is required.
