Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct video counseling sessions with clients, helping them navigate their emotional and mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with are stable individuals experiencing low-acuity mental health concerns, including anxiety, mild depression, and interpersonal issues. They have been carefully screened to ensure they are appropriate for remote therapy settings, allowing you to focus on providing effective treatment to clients who are seeking support in achieving their emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates should have a clean disciplinary record.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature to connect effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using computer technology for video conferencing and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
