Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly, evidence-based therapeutic sessions via live video, focusing on individual adults seeking mental health support.

• Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s treatment.

• Utilize specially developed tools for tracking patient progress, including automatically administered symptom self-assessments and goal-oriented measures, to fine-tune treatment strategies.

• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing training sessions that focus on evidence-based frameworks, referred to as care pathways.

• Offer empathetic and professional support, creating an atmosphere that encourages openness and self-exploration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients who may be coping with a range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. Your role will involve engaging patients in meaningful conversations, helping them to develop greater self-awareness and learn coping strategies. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active and valid state licensure as a LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.
