Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients to gather relevant history and current challenges they are facing.

• Develop customized treatment plans that are tailored to meet individual client goals and needs, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions, addressing a wide array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to guide clients in their mental health journey and boost self-efficacy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using electronic medical record systems to ensure comprehensive support for ongoing care.

You will work with a diverse population requiring mental health services, including individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds, age ranges, and cultural identities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy to clients facing emotional challenges, demonstrating a strong grasp of various therapeutic modalities.

• Exemplary interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
