Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking compassionate, skilled, and client-centered Mental Health Therapists to join our growing behavioral health team. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you'll provide therapy services primarily through telehealth, with optional opportunities to provide onsite services at adult day care centers and community-based programs for clinicians interested in in-person work. Compensation $35-$45 per clinical hour/session Compensation is based on licensure level, credentials, experience, and clinical expertise. What You Can Expect Consistent referrals and ongoing caseload growth Opportunity to establish meaningful, long-term client relationships Fully remote telehealth opportunities available Optional onsite opportunities at adult day care centers and community-based settings Administrative support for scheduling and patient coordination Collaborative care environment with psychiatric providers and behavioral health professionals Flexible scheduling options Supportive leadership and clinical guidance Potential pathway to part-time or full-time W-2 employment Why Join Mindify Flexible work environment with fully remote and optional onsite opportunities Established referral network and consistent patient flow Opportunity to develop and maintain a steady caseload Collaborative team-based approach to care Access to psychiatric providers and interdisciplinary support Supportive leadership and mission-driven culture Professional growth opportunities within a growing behavioral health organization Opportunity to help shape programs and services as the organization expands Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply What You'll DoClinical Services Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments Develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Motivational Interviewing (MI) Solution-Focused Therapy Trauma-Informed Care Support clients in developing healthy coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and wellness goals Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate Deliver services via secure telehealth platforms and, if desired, onsite at adult day care centers and community-based partner locations Collaboration & Care Coordination Collaborate with psychiatric providers, primary care providers, care managers, and interdisciplinary team members Participate in case consultations and treatment planning discussions Coordinate referrals and connect clients with community resources Support continuity of care and patient advocacy Documentation & Compliance Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Maintain treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory requirements Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and professional standards Follow organizational policies and clinical best practices QualificationsRequired Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active New Jersey license or associate license in good standing, including: LCSW LSW MSW LPC LAC Other qualified behavioral health licenses recognized by the State of New Jersey Ability to provide services through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform Reliable internet connection and private workspace suitable for telehealth sessions Preferred Outpatient behavioral health experience Community-based mental health experience Telehealth experience Experience working with culturally diverse populations Bilingual clinicians strongly encouraged to apply Work LocationRemote (Telehealth) with Optional Onsite Opportunities Fully remote schedules available for clinicians who prefer to provide services exclusively through telehealth Optional onsite opportunities available at adult day care centers and community-based partner locations throughout New Jersey Flexible scheduling based on clinician availability and client needs Clinicians may choose fully remote, hybrid, or primarily onsite schedules depending on their preferences and available opportunities About Mindify Wellness and Care Mindify Wellness and Care is dedicated to expanding access to compassionate, high-quality behavioral health services throughout New Jersey.
