This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility while maintaining the high standards of care our patients expect. You will engage in a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for some adjustability to best meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to gather insight into patients' trauma history and determine suitable treatment strategies.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, utilizing evidence-based modalities.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient recovery.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, supporting patients in processing their trauma, building coping mechanisms, and fostering emotional healing.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to guarantee comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for patients affected by trauma-related emergencies, ensuring their safety and stability.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and coping strategies, empowering them with knowledge and available resources for recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring patient information remains protected.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care methodologies.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in direct therapeutic practice is preferred, with a strong focus on trauma-related interventions.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver trauma-focused therapies effectively, showcasing your commitment to patient-centered recovery.
