Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health conditions, utilizing structured interviews and standardized evaluation tools to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring each client's unique needs are met.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress through regular sessions, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy options to clients, ensuring access to mental health support regardless of their location or mobility challenges, and maintain engagement through effective virtual communication strategies.

• Document treatment sessions and client progress accurately and in a timely manner to comply with ethical and legal standards, fostering transparency and professionalism in all client interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license to practice in New York as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with strong skills in establishing a trusting therapeutic rapport with clients.

• Empathy and compassion toward clients’ challenges, along with a non-judgmental attitude and the desire to see them succeed.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage a diverse caseload smoothly.
