You will have the flexibility to schedule sessions at times that are most convenient for your clients, including evenings and weekends when necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy services utilizing recognized evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that set specific goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational staff to ensure coordinated and holistic care for students.

• Facilitating crisis intervention, risk assessments, and developing safety plans in real-time situations.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all clinical interactions, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Leading group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with a diverse population of students ranging from elementary to high school age. You will address various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for the role of Licensed Clinical Social Worker will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
