Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history, triggers, and overall mental health.
• Design personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any underlying mental health conditions, utilizing evidence-based methods.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities that foster a supportive environment for discussion and recovery.
• Work collaboratively with other treatment team members to deliver holistic care that includes referrals to support services, rehabilitation, and other necessary interventions.
• Provide education and resources to clients' families, encouraging their involvement in the recovery process and strengthening the support network for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid license in mental health counseling, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, or PsyD.
