Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health evaluations and initial consultations to assess clients' emotional and psychological well-being.

• Document all case details meticulously, tracking client progress throughout the treatment process.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with a network of healthcare providers, including physicians and social workers, to coordinate care for clients.

• Provide ongoing support to family members and significant others, helping them navigate the mental health challenges faced by their loved ones.

• Identify and address potential barriers to recovery, confronting situations that may hinder the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from children and adolescents to adults, presenting various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
\n
• A satisfactory score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on establishing rapport with clients.

• Proficient in using electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a mental health counseling role, ideally within a telehealth or remote setting.

• Familiarity with the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) best practices.

• Experience working with clients facing co-occurring disorders, including addiction and underlying physical health conditions.

• Comprehensive understanding of psychopharmacology and the impact of prescribed medications.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a compassionate approach toward client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, a sign-on bonus is available for the right candidate.
