Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions with clients of all ages—addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fortifying relationships.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to reflect clients’ progress and any emerging needs, ensuring proactive interventions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate comprehensive care with other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the relevant State Board.
