Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat.

• Utilize evidence-based, solution-oriented treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a spectrum of mental health needs. This demographic allows you to focus on skill development and life improvement rather than crisis intervention. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess a full, independent license to practice; candidates will be considered who hold one of the following licenses:

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses accepted; a clean disciplinary record is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In addition to a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 yearly, depending on working hours, we offer substantial benefits that include:
