Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and psychosocial assessments, including executing detailed mental status exams to evaluate patient needs.

• Collaborate with each patient to create individualized assessment plans and comprehensive treatment strategies that highlight their unique requirements, incorporating therapeutic modalities such as individual, couples, family, and group therapy.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy, incorporating supportive therapy techniques like problem-solving, role-playing, modeling social skills, and assertiveness training to enhance patients’ social and interpersonal engagement in community settings.

• Meticulously document all clinical encounters within our electronic health record system in alignment with MultiCare policies, and monitor patient outcomes using established metrics.

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team, communicating effectively with referral sources, case managers, and other treatment providers to ensure cohesive care for patients.

• Regularly evaluate treatment efficacy and patient progress, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary to enhance outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will provide support to a varied demographic, including adults and families facing an array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure in the State of Washington as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in providing direct therapeutic services to clients.
