Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Thrive Collective Health Center, you will be tasked with:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments for students facing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues and family dynamics.

• Developing individualized treatment plans based on established best practices and evidence-based therapies tailored to each student’s unique circumstances.

• Administering therapeutic interventions that include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities to support students in achieving their mental health goals.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and securing timely documentation to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create holistic treatment strategies, including joint consultations to optimize care and enhance outcome measures.
\n
• Providing education and resources for patients and their families regarding mental health topics, intervention methods, and available community resources, empowering them with the knowledge needed for proactive care.

• Engaging in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research in the mental health field and integrating new insights into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
