Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gather necessary information about clients' mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and others, in individual therapy sessions.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitor and evaluate clients’ progress to adapt and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Provide teletherapy options to clients, ensuring accessibility for individuals facing mobility challenges or those who prefer remote sessions.

• Maintain holistic and accurate documentation to adhere to ethical standards, facilitating seamless communication with other healthcare providers when necessary.

• Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance professional skills and stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices and evidence-based research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted state license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and their families.

• Empathy, compassion, and a strong non-judgmental attitude in dealing with sensitive client issues.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients efficiently while ensuring quality care.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applications from all licensed mental health professionals, preference will be given to candidates with experience in teletherapy and those who have worked with diverse populations or specialized in particular areas, such as trauma-informed care or substance use disorders.
