Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a remote working environment, fostering flexibility for both employees and clients. While most sessions will be conducted from home, you will have access to an outpatient office space as needed to meet with clients, conduct group sessions, or participate in team meetings. Our workweek runs from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, balancing professional commitments with personal time.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and specific needs, identifying key issues that will guide treatment planning.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client, establishing clear therapeutic goals, proposed interventions, and anticipated outcomes.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders.

• Lead group therapy sessions that encourage peer interaction and support, fostering a community approach to mental health recovery.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, aiding clients during critical moments by developing safety plans aimed at ensuring their well-being.

• Maintain meticulous client documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping for therapy sessions while liaising with relevant stakeholders such as insurance providers and other healthcare professionals.

• Uphold ethical standards and professional guidelines, prioritizing client confidentiality and ensuring appropriate boundaries in all therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
