Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, engaging clients in both individual and group settings.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients, participating in case consultations and service delivery plans.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LCPC) in the state of New Jersey.
