Case Manager - Permanent Housing & Re-entry
The People Concern
The People Concern is hiring a Case Manager for the ODR Project Based Housing program in Los Angeles. This full-time onsite role supports clients recently released from jail as they transition to permanent housing. You will conduct intensive case management, coordinate resources, and document care within HIPAA-compliant systems. Working 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday–Friday, you’ll collaborate with DHS and ODR teams, maintain detailed records, and advocate for clients’ housing stability and wellbeing in #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
