This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and challenges, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate the connection of families to necessary community resources and services, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, offering insights into clients’ psychosocial stressors to drive positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records, documenting patient medical histories, assessment results, diagnoses, and treatment regimens, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing education and training, staying updated with mental health best practices and telehealth technologies to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve vary widely in background and experience, presenting with an array of challenges including mental health conditions, substance abuse issues, trauma-related concerns, and family dynamics. You will play a critical role in supporting both individuals and families, ensuring that every client receives compassionate and tailored care that meets their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.

• A strong foundation in counseling principles and practices with the ability to provide effective support to diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in delivering telehealth services or remote counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
