Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the individual needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans using solution-focused interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver effective care.

• Maintain precise and secure clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients that you will work with at Piedmont Care Wellness Center range from adolescents to adults, many of whom are dealing with varying degrees of anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.
