Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their specific needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals, ensuring individualized treatment plans are developed.

• Create tailored treatment plans designed to address a variety of mental health issues, employing evidence-based strategies in modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide ongoing therapeutic sessions that address a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and navigating life transitions.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide integrated care for our clients, discussing cases and sharing insights to enhance service delivery.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to both ethical guidelines and legal standards, using specified electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting and record-keeping.

• Engage in regular supervision, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to continually refine clinical skills and stay updated with the latest best practices in mental health care.

• Participate in outreach initiatives and community education efforts aimed at raising awareness of mental health issues, thereby helping to destigmatize seeking help and expanding access to services.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing therapy in mental health or behavioral health settings.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
