Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients through virtual platforms, addressing diverse mental health needs with evidence-based approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Grace Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse client population, ranging from individuals to couples and families. Your work will focus on addressing issues such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, trauma, and various family dynamics. The goal is to create a safe space for clients to express their concerns while guiding them toward constructive solutions and healing pathways.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Hold a master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Minimum of one year of direct experience as a licensed practitioner in marriage and family therapy.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and facilitate therapeutic processes.

• Adherence to ethical and confidential counseling practices, maintaining the trust inherent in the therapeutic relationship.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate clients’ availability, including evenings or weekends as necessary.

• Total annual compensation between USD 80,000 and 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
