This role operates remotely, allowing for flexibility while ensuring you can maintain a healthy work-life balance. Your schedule will typically consist of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a consistent work routine while working with clients throughout California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ conditions effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults and adolescents dealing with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and require personalized approaches to therapy that acknowledge their unique lived experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure in California as either an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctorate in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine ability to engage, empathize, and support clients throughout their journey.

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other clinical documentation tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
