Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through telehealth platforms. Our flexible work schedule enables you to determine your caseload, which typically ranges between 10-30 billable hours per week. You will have the opportunity to participate in virtual group consultations and can also opt to meet with colleagues in person for collaborative discussions on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy for clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns.

• Utilize psychotherapeutic interventions effectively across various modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy, as well as Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).

• Work closely with licensed professionals such as psychologists and psychiatric nurse practitioners to ensure all clinical services meet the highest standards of care.

• Deliver specialized support services that include crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, stress management, couples counseling, and family therapy.

• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, prepare clinical reports, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and protocols.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in clinical team meetings, departmental planning, and quality management activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily provide therapeutic services to individuals dealing with mental health disorders and dual diagnoses. Your work will address a wide array of challenges, including relationship difficulties, trauma recovery, substance abuse, and severe mental health conditions. Each client’s treatment will be personalized, addressing their unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds, thereby promoting holistic recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or possess a Psy.D in the state of Texas.

• A master’s degree or higher in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of experience in providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating a strong foundation in the field.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to manage client information effectively.
