Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Harmony Heights, you will work with a diverse client population, supporting individuals grappling with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A current, valid license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD in the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience is required, candidates with extensive experience in evidence-based practices and specialized populations, such as those dealing with trauma or severe mental disorders, will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
