This position is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions and manage patient care from the comfort of your own home. While our work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, some flexibility is encouraged to effectively accommodate the diverse scheduling needs of our patients. As part of a fully integrated telehealth facility, you will utilize cutting-edge technology to connect with clients and deliver meaningful therapy via secure online platforms.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual clients, taking into account their cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health concerns and enhancing clients' coping skills.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing robust de-escalation techniques.

• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and resources available in the community to support ongoing recovery.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively engage in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training to enhance service delivery and staff cohesion.

You will primarily serve clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, including ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ communities, and immigrants, allowing you to utilize your cultural competence and understanding of distinct societal nuances in mental health treatment. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and the importance of cultural competence in therapy.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy, particularly using culturally responsive and inclusive therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills, enabling you to maintain composure in high-stress situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, necessary to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.
