Key Responsibilities\n

• As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker reporting directly to the Social Work Manager, you will assess, diagnose, and treat various psychosocial issues affecting students while utilizing individual clinical social work skills to facilitate personal and environmental problem-solving.

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify barriers to treatment and enhance each student’s academic and social potential.

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of patients, incorporating both individual and group therapy modalities.

• Provide consultation to educational staff regarding the psychosocial needs of students to ensure comprehensive support and care coordination.

• Document all social work activities meticulously in patients' medical records, adhering to departmental standards and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Advocate for patients and families, identifying community resources that promote self-determination and enhance social support networks.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge in social work, mental health, and advocacy strategies.

This role focuses primarily on students facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
