Healing Reflection Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our team. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule that supports both your professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual counseling sessions to a diverse clientele, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs and challenges.

• Build and maintain a trusting, therapeutic relationship with clients through effective active listening and empathic engagement.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, incorporating their input and feedback to align with their goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive client outcomes.

• Document client interactions and progress accurately using digital documentation systems, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client population who may be experiencing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship difficulties. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and age groups, requiring you to apply culturally sensitive practices and demonstrate flexibility in your therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Virginia.

• Two or more years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, particularly in virtual settings.

• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to create rapport and foster lasting relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Background in working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals with substance use disorders, is a plus.

• Experience with evidence-based practice and outcome measurement in telehealth counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 yearly, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
