Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities, to facilitate client growth and improvement.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA and all relevant regulatory standards to protect client privacy.

• Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and maximize client outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights, enhance the quality of services, and foster a collaborative team environment.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health conditions and available treatment options.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
