Work Environment

The position is based onsite in our modern rehabilitation facility, equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and technologies. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing for a structured yet dynamic work schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with functional limitations or disabilities to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Effectively implement treatment protocols based on evaluation findings, patient history, and the latest best practices in the health care field.
• Document all patient care activities comprehensively, including initial evaluations, plans of care, daily encounter notes, progress summaries, and discharge evaluations to ensure accurate tracking of patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals to enhance the quality of care and address any changes in a patient's condition that require adjustments to the treatment plan.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of state practice acts and adhere to legal regulations that govern physical therapy practice.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry standards and improve therapeutic interventions.
• Engage actively in departmental meetings, in-services, and training sessions to promote a cohesive team environment and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The orthopedic physical therapist role focuses on treating a wide range of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
