Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments of students, families, and groups to identify mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Communicate findings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, school administrators, and parents, through regular meetings and documentation to ensure cohesive care.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other suitable clinical modalities to assist students in achieving their mental health goals.

• Provide ongoing case management for assigned students, coordinating with community professionals and resources to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Complete timely and ethical documentation that meets departmental standards and supports patient care continuity.

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents facing mental health challenges in a school environment. Qualifications\n
