Your main working hours will generally be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, occasional evening hours may be necessary to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological state of patients and determine suitable therapeutic approaches.

• Craft and execute comprehensive individualized treatment plans addressing each patient's unique diagnosis and personal goals.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, in both individual and group settings.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that promote personal growth, alleviate emotional distress, and enhance coping mechanisms.
\n
• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, providing integrated and holistic treatment to clients.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention and provide immediate support during periods of mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, ensuring informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation adhering to legal and ethical guidelines, reinforcing the integrity of our practice.

• Participate actively in team meetings, ongoing case discussions, and professional development activities to ensure alignment with the latest industry best practices.

Your role will primarily revolve around supporting a diverse patient population suffering from various mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.

• Strong abilities in conducting mental health assessments, developing and implementing effective treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills with the capacity to handle high-pressure situations professionally and calmly.

• Experience in using electronic health record systems and a thorough understanding of clinical documentation practices.

Preferred Experience\n
