Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the physical condition of patients referred by their physicians, ensuring accurate understanding of their health challenges.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each patient, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities.
• Deliver compassionate and skilled therapy directly in patients' homes, utilizing advanced techniques to facilitate improvement in their physical function.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on effective rehabilitation practices, providing training on exercises and strategies to enhance recovery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License in Physical Therapy to practice in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

• Proficient computer and documentation skills necessary for maintaining accurate patient records.

Preferred Experience

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• Current CPR Certification to ensure preparedness in emergency health situations.

Compensation and Benefits
