Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient to identify their care needs, creating individualized treatment plans in collaboration with them and their families.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent field of study.
• A current physical therapy license in the state of Virginia.
• Current CPR certification is mandatory at the time of hire.
