Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments that are age and culturally appropriate, identifying mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs within a school context.

• Delivering a range of behavioral health services, including individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and accurate documentation of assessments and progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Identifying risk factors and performing suicide risk assessments while ensuring timely escalation of complex cases to appropriate healthcare providers.

• Providing social work support through liaison services and connecting students and their families with local community resources and medication assistance programs as needed.

• Collaborating closely with Quality Improvement teams to refine data collection processes, enhancing service delivery and overall program effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses predominantly on school-aged children and adolescents, encompassing diverse backgrounds and varying degrees of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, accompanied by a valid and active LCSW license in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience, with demonstrable expertise in mental health care in clinical or school settings.

• Sound knowledge of various counseling techniques, crisis intervention strategies, and the ability to make independent clinical judgments regarding treatment.
