Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing counselors the flexibility to work from their chosen location while maintaining a structured schedule. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with no on-call obligations. Counselors benefit from our telehealth infrastructure, which is designed for ease of use, facilitating smooth interactions with patients and streamlining therapeutic practices.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in weekly evidence-based virtual therapy sessions with individual adult clients through live video conferencing, utilizing thorough clinical assessments to inform treatment pathways.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and fellow mental health counselors to ensure integrated and comprehensive treatment plans.

• Utilize innovative tools and methodologies, including symptom self-assessments and functional outcome measures, to systematically monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches accordingly.

• Seek consultation and support from colleagues to ensure a continuous high standard of care and to develop professionally.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work primarily with adult clients, many of whom belong to higher-risk populations. The diversity of the patient demographic includes individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and more. Counselors are encouraged to provide holistic care that is responsive to the varying cultural backgrounds and needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution is required.

• A minimum of one year of independent licensure as a therapist, counselor, or psychologist is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, in addition to opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
