Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a collaborative team member, working closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated care and coordinated support.

• Offer crisis intervention services and emotional support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate access to necessary resources.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, available resources, and coping strategies as part of a holistic approach to care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
