Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues and design tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Establish therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and continuously monitor their progress to ensure effectiveness of the treatment plan.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to uphold ethical standards and track client development in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
