Work Environment

This position is located in Irving, Texas, within a fast-paced hospital setting dedicated to women’s health. In this collaborative environment, you will work alongside experienced OB/GYNs and Advanced Practice Clinicians who are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. With a 5-day workweek totaling 40 hours, you will enjoy a balanced work-life schedule without the stress of on-call responsibilities, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own patient panel, providing comprehensive care to women across various age groups and health backgrounds.
• Offer support during physician overflow, ensuring continuity of care and maximizing patient satisfaction.
• Participate in a clinic-based practice, performing a variety of procedures including IUD insertions, Nexplanon placements, endometrial and vulvar biopsies, and wellness examinations.
• Collaborate with physicians and utilize their full medical support to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Engage with the APC council to foster professional development and receive mentorship.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient base primarily consists of women seeking comprehensive OB/GYN services, ranging from preventive care to specialized gynecologic procedures. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program, with Physician Assistant Certification and an unrestricted state medical license.
• Completion of full COVID-19 vaccination, including compliance with any state-mandated booster doses.
• At least 1 year of professional healthcare experience, preferably in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR or similar electronic medical record systems.
• Well-developed skills in critical thinking, effective communication, time management, and decision-making.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a hospital or clinic setting, specifically within OB/GYN.
• Hands-on training in procedures like colposcopies and circumcisions is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 140,000 to 180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
